A recent article on MillionaireCorner.com outlined some survey results concerning Millennial women and home ownership.  The article reports on an online survey that found “almost half of Millennial women rank owning a home as their primary goal.” These findings aren’t that surprising considering that more women are delaying having children to pursue careers, build financial stability and meet personal life goals.

Additionally, according to the survey, “nearly one-fourth of first-time home buyers were single females” and “one-fourth of single women spend more than half of their income on housing versus 10 percent of men.” These findings bode well for home marketers who can successfully connect with this group of young women with engaging and inspiring messages.
