Wray Ward is looking for a Search Coordinator with a passion for paid search, SEO and programmatic media. Our ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a creative puzzle-solver who loves to learn.

The Search Coordinator will assist the Search team in digital campaign executions which may include paid search, programmatic display, mobile or video campaigns and search engine optimization across multiple clients. The Search Coordinator will track, analyze and execute digital strategies by contributing to SEO site audits, website analytics tracking, keyword research, content strategy, digital campaign optimizations and reporting. The Search Coordinator will collaborate with the Search Director, Search Managers, Media Planners and Buyers, Content Leads and Measurement to execute and optimize paid advertising, content programs and reporting results.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform digital campaign optimizations for assigned accounts. Tasks may include keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, budget pacing, keyword or placement blocking and monitoring campaign engagement
  • Support SEO projects with tasks such as keyword research, metadata writing, and 301 redirect mapping
  • Perform periodic campaign performance audits and updates providing campaign insights and optimization recommendations to team members to drive better results
  • Assist in the research and development of digital strategies and tactics for campaign proposals and presentations
  • Assist in the creation of campaign performance reports, contributing insights and analysis for dashboards
  • Pass and maintain Google AdWords certifications in search and display. Additional certifications in video, mobile, analytics or Bing Ads would be a plus
  • Maintain knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
  • Acquire in-depth digital marketing knowledge while utilizing a rare combination of creativity and analytical skills needed for a future in digital marketing
  • Facilitate insertion and purchase orders in accordance with approved client budgets to ensure accurate client billing
  • Coordinate billing approvals and adjustments with team members, create and deliver timely approved client invoices for inclusion in client’s monthly billing
  • Perform other tasks or assignments as needed to meet client contractual obligations


Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years’ digital marketing experience (SEO, paid search, programmatic)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects/tasks and prioritize work with evolving and competing timelines and availabilities
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Basic web development knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Power Point)


Communication Skills

  • Communicate clearly with account leads, project managers and other team members regarding project objectives and deliverables
  • Listen well and solve problems to achieve the most effective outcome for the client, team and agency
  • Develop positive relationships across the agency, specifically with Media, PR/Content, Digital Platforms and Client Engagement team members
  • Be a champion for agency process and best practices for the delivery of digital media and web-based experiences
