The primary role of the Motion Editor/Animator is to use their animation and editorial skills in postproduction to work with internal teams to create video content for Wray Ward’s clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Motion Editor/Animator
Support Motion department projects in postproduction using skills in video editing, motion graphics, 2D animation and 3D animation
Work within our in-house postproduction studio and be a part of the Motion team’s postproduction process that may include working with agency creative teams in initial conception and ideation
Participate in the postproduction process to assist, complete and/or deliver projects
These duties can include, but are not limited to, project setup, transcoding footage, logging dailies, creative editorial, motion graphics setup, basic motion graphics animations, basic 2D animation, beginner-level 3D animation, outputting of final deliverables and uploading deliverables to final destinations

Qualifications
Motion animation and Video editing portfolio
Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Media Encoder
Basic understanding of how to deliver video content via social media channels
Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve a plus
Proficiency in After Effects plug-ins and advanced animation techniques a plus
Proficiency in Cinema 4D a plus
