The Digital Marketing Analyst is an integral member of the Insights department with a focus in the agency’s analytics offering.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop and manage client and internal reporting with actionable insights on the performance of marketing tactics covering digital ad campaigns, socials campaigns, and website analytics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Digital Marketing Analyst

  • Monthly reporting and insights development of digital marketing initiatives for assigned clients

  • Website analytics management and analysis

  • Tag management of third party ad server trackers and website event tracking for analytics implementation on website properties

  • Implementation and analysis of UX and A/B testing tools

  • Data aggregation and transformation from advertising platforms and social platforms

  • Crafting and developing actionable insights based on the measurement framework and data available.

  • Data visualization for internal and client facing dashboards

  • Proactively identify and bring new approaches, vendors, and more to help grow and evolve the analytics practice

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of working with digital ads and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adwords and Google Tag Manager

  • Data visualization experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Google Data Studio

  • Agency or marketing department experience reporting on digital campaigns and website performance

  • Proven history of developing valuable and actionable monthly reporting for clients and internal teams

  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects at a time

  • Working knowledge of the digital media landscape

  • Effective problem-solver and generator of creative, innovative
