Help our CE team flourish as passionate team leaders and brand champions with the goal of imagining and creating better-performing work
Represent our agency at the highest levels, interacting with an enviable client roster and fostering the strongest alliances
Contribute to our strategic insights, creative process, connections planning and business development efforts since great minds know no boundaries
Troubleshoot concerns with any partners on behalf of our agency toward the goal of achieving everyone’s success
Contribute to developing and achieving yearly goals
In short, this person will touch almost everything that matters most to our fast-growing agency of more than 150 team members. Experience, dedication, fearlessness and a passion for mentoring are givens for this position. Great humor and warmth are desirable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Client Engagement Executive Director
Be a leader, role model, mentor and advocate, familiar with each client and senior CE team member
Be accountable for client success and growth on every front — strategy, relationship, client development, performance, satisfaction and profitability
Interact directly with select clients in conjunction with the CE team and Executive Vice President to develop organic opportunities or address concerns
Take ultimate responsibility for ensuring that we deliver better-performing work that exceeds client expectations
Demonstrate understanding of our continually changing industry and all aspects of our business
Enhance the partnership between CE and the Project Management, Insights, Connections and Creative teams
Communication Skills
Be an articulate and persuasive advocate for our brand
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and listening skills
Be comfortable and adept in representing Wray Ward with a client’s senior management team
Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills in formal and informal settings
Maintain a candid, trusted relationship with other managers, officers and directors
Qualifications
Love for the business and the industry
15+ years of agency leadership experience
Proven experience in building, managing and growing client relationships
Proven experience inspiring, growing and managing high-performing teams
