The Client Business Coordinator provides day-to-day support to Client Engagement and fosters brand team creativity and ideation of brand-building ideas.

This includes maintaining a high level of awareness of client activities, detail-oriented programs, project management, and professional communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities as Client Business Coordinator

  • Supporting Client Business Directors and Group Client Business Directors.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and foster innovative solutions
  • Supports the client engagement team in meeting the agency goal of providing a continuous flow of brand-building ideas
  • Strives to understand the dynamics of clients’ businesses
  • Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Client Engagement team
  • Conduct research on prospective clients
  • Perform market and competitive research
  • Help create promotional materials (e.g. presentations and videos)
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas and reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience coordinating projects within an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive results
  • Must be able to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong team player; ability to assist facilitating teams and clients
  • Ability to identify problems and develop potential solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Preferred experience with CRM software
