As our country struggles to get back on its feet in the wake of a pandemic, the visible effects of racial tension are also now gripping communities nationwide. These challenges leave brands with a lot of questions. How do we respond as a company? How do we talk to our teams? How do we talk to our customers? How do we keep our business moving in the midst of all of these changing dynamics? How do we do what’s right?
