Model Homes Now Open in Franklin’s Lockwood Glen Community

Client News

Model homes are now open in Lockwood Glen, a 220-acre master-planned community by Crescent Communities in Nashville’s historic Franklin suburb. Located near Franklin’s charming business district and a short drive from downtown Nashville, Lockwood Glen offers easy access to jobs, a strong school district and beautiful, rolling countryside for residents to enjoy.

“We designed Lockwood Glen to capture all that is loved about life in Middle Tennessee – the history, the culture and the people,” said Keith Glenn, senior vice president of Crescent Communities’ residential group. “It will provide everything that families desire in a community and a home.”

Crescent Communities purchased the land for Lockwood Glen in December 2012. The community includes 384 single-family home sites. Prices for homes by Celebration Homes, Goodall Homes and Regent Homes range from the $200s to the $500s. Floor plans range from 1,800 to 4,500 square feet, and all elevations reflect authentic, timeless architectural standards inspired by Franklin’s Old World charm. The project is being managed by Pearl Street Partners.

For residents who love the outdoors, Lockwood Glen’s idyllic setting will invite them to experience nature among rolling hills, shaded nature trails, open meadows and a 12-acre lake. The layout of the community will inspire neighbors to get to know each other and kids to explore outdoors until sunset.

Located just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, Lockwood Glen offers a scenic, relaxing lifestyle yet provides easy access to one of the nation’s most flourishing cities. Recently called “The South’s Red-Hot Town” by TIME Magazine, Nashville is home to world-famous restaurants, country music stars, top universities, major medical centers and professional sports teams. The city is one of the nation’s fastest-growing, yet the cost of living remains below the national average. Meanwhile, Franklin’s quaint Williamson County offers its own rich selection of shopping, cultural activities and more than 400 restaurants, from traditional home cooking to fine cuisine.

“This corner of America strikes a perfect balance between big-city soul and small-town charm, and Lockwood Glen will feel like home to people in search of that way of life,” said Khris Pascarella, principal of Pearl Street Partners.
