That’s why I’m proud to share that John Roberts has been named CEO of Wray Ward.
John started his Wray Ward journey as a creative director. He’s helped shape this agency’s voice, creative culture and some of the most impactful work in our history. More importantly, he’s built trust and momentum across teams — and has led with equal parts imagination and intent.
In this new role, John brings his deep understanding of our agency, our people and our clients — along with a bold, creative lens that will help move all of us forward. I’ve worked alongside him for many years and know firsthand the clarity, curiosity and strategic focus he brings to the table.
This move is also part of an intentional leadership evolution. While I step into the role of president and chief growth officer, John will lead as CEO, guiding the agency’s direction and culture from a position rooted in creativity.
John and I have worked side by side for more than 20 years. We’ve helped shape this agency through numerous chapters of its story. This next step is a natural one, a reflection of where we’ve been, who we are and where we’re headed.
