RALEIGH, N.C. – Crescent Communities has opened Crescent Cameron Village, a 282-unit, luxury mixed-use community that gives Raleigh’s historic Cameron Village its first luxury multifamily residential quarters and17,900 square feet of distinctive street-level retail.

“Crescent Cameron Village blends the best of the area’s rich history with the modern luxuries and conveniences residents crave,” said Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities’ multifamily group.

Located at Clark Avenue and Oberlin Road, Crescent Cameron Village is the official residence of Cameron Village and its first luxury multifamily community. Cameron Village dates back to 1947 when it became Raleigh’s first planned community. Crescent Cameron Village brings a mix of luxury apartments and high-end retail offerings that are energizing what is already one of the city’s most popular areas.

In addition to the ground-floor restaurants and health, beauty and fitness retailers, residents can take advantage of complimentary amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, demonstration kitchen, club room and game room with shuffleboard, poker tables and flat-screen televisions. Wine aficionados will appreciate the wine tasting room and conditioned wine cellar with private lockers. Abundant outdoor spaces feature a resort-style saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen and grilling area where residents can connect and relax.

The studio and one and two-bedroom apartments include sophisticated details such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and USB outlets allowing residents to easily recharge.

A blend of national, regional and local retailers was carefully selected to create a unique destination and complement the character of historic Cameron Village. New tenants include Faire, a steak and seafood restaurant operated by locally-owned Eschelon Experiences that brings a unique perspective on food and inventive dining in a stylish setting. Brixx Wood Fired Pizza offers a high-quality menu along with a wide selection of craft beer and wine. Benelux Coffee has also opened its second Raleigh location, bringing its café dining experience with a European flair.

Flywheel Sports’ exclusive indoor cycling experience will be a favorite for health and fitness enthusiasts; popular in cities including New York, Miami and Los Angeles, its high-energy classes with features like stadium-style seating and custom-engineered bikes are only available in two other locations in the Carolinas.

Raleigh’s second Hand & Stone® Massage and Facial Spa is also now open at the community. In addition to the spa’s massage therapy and skincare services, residents of Crescent Cameron Village can enjoy a convenient and affordable solution for salon-fresh hair with the arrival of Parlor, Raleigh’s first blow dry bar.
