Crescent Communities has opened Crescent Terminus, a 355-unit, luxury apartment community that marks the first apartment-living option in the Terminus development of Buckhead. Crescent Terminus offers best-in-class amenities and front-door access to Atlanta’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

“Crescent Terminus residents will enjoy the best in luxury living as well as proximity to top employers, gourmet dining and cultural opportunities,” said Jay Curran, vice president of Crescent’s multifamily group. “We are privileged to join this world-class development, and we are excited to welcome the first residents to Crescent Terminus."

Located near the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont Northeast roads in Cousins Properties’ Terminus development, Crescent Terminus is within a short walk of some of the area’s best restaurants and high-end shopping. Acclaimed favorites like Bones and Chops are accompanied by luxury designer malls Lennox and Phipps Plaza, home to trendsetters such as Neiman Marcus and Louis Vuitton. Many Fortune 500 employers including Coca-Cola, Home Depot, IBM and Delta Airlines are also located in Buckhead.

Crescent Terminus residents will enjoy rooftop terraces including dramatic fireplaces and flat-screen TVs with comfortable seating and views of the city, an outdoor kitchen with fire pit and grilling stations, a resort-style, zero-edge saltwater pool with aqua shelves, a pet park and a demonstration kitchen. Urban residents on the go will appreciate resort-level services such as a Starbucks® coffee kiosk, two-story, club-quality gym with TechnoGym equipment and spa-like yoga room, electric car charging stations, VIP concierge services and valet dry cleaning pick-up and delivery.

The studio and one and two-bedroom apartments feature chef-inspired kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, designer lighting packages and keyless door entry. Apartment homes on the community’s penthouse floor include luxury cabinets by AyA and quartz countertops. Crescent Terminus also offers a limited number of homes with expansive kitchen islands and a wet bar and wine refrigerator.

Leasing information is available at www.crescentterminus.com.

Crescent Terminus is financed by an equity investment from Crescent Communities and construction financing from JPMorgan Chase & Co. DPR Hardin Construction is the general contractor. The project architect is Lord Aeck Sargent, with interiors designed by Vignette Interiors and landscape architecture by LandDesign. Civil engineering was performed by Kimley-Horn. Greystar is the property manager.
