Crescent Communities has opened Crescent Cool Springs, a 252-unit, luxury community that gives Nashville’s historic Franklin suburb a distinctive apartment living option and residents the lifestyle they crave.

“We built Crescent Cool Springs in the midst of a dynamic area that combines the best of urban living and suburban charm,” said Ben Collins, vice president of the Carolinas and Tennessee for Crescent Communities’ multifamily group. Crescent is well acquainted with the Franklin community and has a rich history that includes developing approximately 1.4 million square feet of Class A office buildings to serve the area.

“Residents are moving in to Crescent Cool Springs and already enjoying the central location and luxury amenities within the community,” Collins said.

Crescent Cool Springs is located at Carothers Parkway and Resource Parkway just off Interstate 65; the community’s prime location offers easy access to jobs, shopping and cultural experiences in Franklin and nearby Nashville. Crescent Cool Springs counts some of the region’s leading employers among its neighbors including Community Health Systems, Inc., Nissan and Verizon Wireless.

The community’s village-like design creates a metropolitan feel and incorporates convenient suburban features such as a selection of attached garages. Residents will enjoy a walkable development with pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and nature trails complemented by a state-of-the-art fitness center. The fitness center includes a dedicated CrossFit gym, cardio and strength training circuit with 19-inch screens and Internet connectivity to accommodate residents’ active, on-the-go lifestyles. Abundant outdoor spaces feature a resort-style pool, outdoor fireplace and gas grilling areas where residents can socialize and relax.

The studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units are appointed with luxuries such as granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, upscale vinyl wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and USB outlets allowing residents to easily re-charge.

Leasing is being managed by Greystar, with information available at www.crescentcoolsprings.com.

Crescent Cool Springs is financed with equity from Crescent Communities and CNL Growth Properties, Inc., which has invested in four multifamily projects with Crescent Communities.

Pearl Street Partners, LLC is Crescent’s development consultant for the project. Construction financing for Crescent Cool Springs is provided by Fifth Third Bank, and Summit Contractors is the general contractor. Concept design was provided by Historical Concepts. The architect for Crescent Cool Springs is Cline Design, and the civil engineer is Littlejohn Engineering. Interior design is by Vignette Interior Design.
