The primary role of the Integrated Search Coordinator is to activate and implement paid search and SEO campaigns, projects and retainer engagements.

The Integrated Search Coordinator reports to the Integrated Search Associate Director. The Integrated Search Coordinator must possess a track record of managing integrated search activations and optimizations from end to end.

The Integrated Search Coordinator will have a basic understanding of the capabilities of each search channel and the technology platforms across the digital media tech stack. The Integrated Search Coordinator will work with and support a team of highly fluent platform experts responsible for building, executing and reporting on client plans.

The Integrated Search Coordinator will work closely with the Performance Media and Investments team, Integrated Media team, Content Marketing team, creative directors, client business directors, project managers, and the Measurement and Analytics team in all functions of the job — being a positive bridge across the agency and an active champion for the discipline.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities as an Integrated Search Coordinator

  • Manage paid search and SEO campaigns across a variety of clients/partnerships
  • Support innovation across our search channels and the client roster to drive campaign performance
  • Actively demonstrate thought leadership to guide and advise our clients and fellow Wray Ward team members
  • Contribute to building and managing the agency’s media tech stack, determining the right platforms and partners for our clients’ businesses and managing talent to deliver better performing work across digital performance media
  • Oversee the activation of paid search campaigns as part of integrated campaigns and as stand-alone endeavors
  • Recommend channel spends as part of overall program objectives to meet campaign KPIs
  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses and competition and the latest industry news and trends
  • Work with the Measurement Director to develop analytic reports and dashboards that monitor campaign outcomes and performance
  • Manage campaign progress and measurement process for assigned accounts across multiple campaigns
  • Analyze performance trends and work with team to recommend optimization strategies and approaches
  • Communicate campaign progress to other team members, executives and clients through active participation in the preparation and distribution of client performance reports and presentations
  • Participate in the creation of proposals for new and existing clients and support new business efforts as needed
  • Support client business directors with report explanations and campaign performance updates

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience managing search and/or SEO activities
  • Basic understanding of search platform capabilities, including Google ads and/or SA360
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills and passion for details
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/clients and team leadership while prioritizing work with evolving and competing timelines, budgets and availabilities
