discovery gives us — and you — a deep understanding of your organization, brand, industry, competitors and customers, providing an essential underpinning for all brand development. In collaboration with you, we fully explore what we call the 5 Cs: Climate, Category, Competition, Customer and Company. We also conduct needed research, establish brand positioning, clearly define the target audience and identify potential measurement considerations. The Discovery process culminates in the Experience Brief, our guiding strategic instrument, which defines and frames brand strategy, captures critical information and insights, and inspires creative solutions that will be developed in the Ideation phase.

ideation is where the melding of our collective talents and skills determines how your brand will come to life across all channels and disciplines. Moving beyond what we will say, Ideation determines how we will say it, showing how your brand will look, feel and sound, plus when where and how it will connect with customers. To generate rich and plentiful ideas, we compile a multidisciplinary team from creative, public relations, paid media, content creation, production and UX/user experience. Guided by the insights from Discovery, these team members interact, share their inspirations and relentlessly drive toward fresh, unexpected ideas, ultimately crafting an experience plan for engaging with target audiences in innovative ways.

activation is where we develop, produce, deliver and engage, building richer relationships with your target audiences than ever before while monitoring our effectiveness. As we bring the Experience Plan to fruition, our creative teams, technology teams and producers work closely together to make sure every execution is inspired. Meanwhile, our Connections Group — reaching across paid, earned, owned and shared media — works seamlessly together to leverage new avenues for engagement, while executing tactics that pull in your targets and create compelling brand experiences. Finally, throughout Activation, our project managers stay in close contact so that there is never a question as to timing, budget or expectations and ensure that each deliverable reflects all of the passion that has driven its development.
