Candice Michael Joins Wray Ward as Senior Account Manager

Candice Michael has joined Wray Ward as senior account manager for the full-service creative marketing communications firm.               

"Candice is a terrific addition to our account management team,” said Greg Campana, executive vice president for Wray Ward. "She brings passion, smarts and some great brand experience along with a commitment to deliver exceptional results for her clients and her team.”

A South African native, Michael has resided most of her life in Charlotte. She began her career at Doggett Advertising, where she handled public relations, account management and production roles. Michael comes to Wray Ward from Boone Oakley, where she launched brand campaigns for 64 Bloom grocery stores and supervised the creative development for national television, print and online for NASCAR's Busch and Truck Series.

Michael has worked with regional and national brands including Bloom grocery stores, NASCAR, Visit Charlotte, Charlotte Bobcats and HBO Video. At Wray Ward, she is working with Duke Energy, Springs Global (Springmaid and Wamsutta brands) and Discovery Place.     

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a bachelor's degree in advertising. In her spare time, she is involved with the United States Tennis Association women's tennis league, volunteers for several youth programs affiliated with Myers Park United Methodist Church and is an active supporter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
